How to Order:

Our Web Store is so easy to use-- Most of our customers enjoy the convenience and ease of ordering on the web. They can order any time (day or night) and anywhere (work, from a friends house or on vacation).

A Few Tips for Ease & Quick Ordering

To purchase the quantity you want: The shopping cart quantity will show a minimum quantity (for example 0.5 for 1/2 a yard). Delete the quantity shown and type in quantity you want (for example you can type in 1.5 to purchase 1.5 yards. ( the amount shown in the order window is the smallest amount you can order. For example (.5). Just highlight the amount, delete it and add the amount you want to order (1.75))

Then, click on the to add this quantity to your shopping cart.

Please note: All quantity discounts, promotions, coupons are applied at check out not when adding to the cart. Shipping for tea towels will be adjusted to actual cost at time of shipment.

Important:

The Bill to Address is where the credit card statement is mailed.

The Ship to Address is where you would like the package sent. (your place of work, your summer home, your mom, your seamstress, etc.)

Fabric Shipping Rates (includes books, patterns, etc.):

$0 to $39.99............$5.95

$40 to $89.99.......... $7.95

$90 to $149.99........ $9.95

$150 and over......... Free

Tea Towels and Toweling Shipping Rates:

Since the towels/toweling are discounted, to be fair to everyone, shipping is calculated by weight and distance with a minimum of $5.95. Please note, when placing an on line order the shipping rate will show as if you are ordering fabric. We carefully weigh each order and compare shipping to offer our customers the best possible value. We will adjust the shipping charges on your invoice.

As a guideline: (New rates effective 1/27/2013)

The Post office now provides Regional A and B boxes. The costs differ depending on where you are in the country. Usually a Regional A box is less expensive than a Medium Flat rate box. We use these when we can.

Regional A boxes fit up to 12 and costs vary from $5.95 on the east cost to $10.95 on the west coast.

Priority Medium Flat Rate Boxes for $12.35 can fit up to 25 towels.

Priority Large Flat Rate Boxes for $16.85 can fit up to 36 towels.

Larger orders may have insurance added.

* Express delivery for fabric is available starting at $18.30 for a small flat rate envelope.

Quilter Studio Return and Purchase Policy:

We appreciate your business. Every order is important to us, so we carefully inspect and pack each order.

Fabric and toweling- No returns on cut fabric. Should you receive a defective/incorrect piece of fabric please let us know and we will do us best to correct it. Fabric must be returned in the exact condition as shipped. This means the fabric has NOT been washed, no odors (pet, cigarette) etc. If it is our mistake we will reimburse you for return shipping.

If there is less than a 1/2 yd left on the bolt we will add the small amount to your order.

Towels- Please inspect all towels carefully upon receipt and before washing or using. We cannot accept return of any towel that is not in the exact condition as shipped. This means the towel has not been washed, no odors (pet, cigarette), soil, etc. If the towels are not what you expected, (color, weight) we will gladly accept the return (with the above conditions) and we will issue a credit for the cost of the towels or replace. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Sorry, no returns on patterns or books due to copyright issues.

All items are shipped FOB Westminster, MA. If your items are damaged from shipping, file a claim immediately with the shipper (keep all packaging materials).

We reserve the right to charge up to an additional $2 to combine orders since this requires additional work and expenses on our part.
