order any time (day or night) and anywhere (work, from a friends house or on

A Few Tips for Ease & Quick Ordering
Please note: the amount shown in the order window is the
smallest amount you can order. For example (.5). Just highlight the
amount, delete it and add the amount you want to order (1.75)
To purchase the quantity you want: The shopping cart quantity
will show a minimum quantity (for example
0.5
for 1/2 a yard). Simply replace the quantity with the quantity you want
(for example you can type in
1.5
to purchase 1.5 yards. Then, click
on the to add this quantity to your shopping cart.
All coupons and discounts are calculated at
checkout. Shipping for tea towels will be adjusted to actual cost at time
of shipment.

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia,
Japan, Brazil and a limited amount of other countries where we can ship via US
Postal Service. If you have any questions please email before

We are always
happy to answer any questions about shipping. Please call or email
before placing your order.
Since the towels/toweling are discounted, to
be fair to everyone, shipping is calculated by weight and distance with a minimum of $5.95.
Please note, when placing an on line order the shipping rate will show as
if you are ordering fabric. We carefully weigh each order and
compare shipping to offer our customers the best possible value. We will
adjust the shipping charges on your invoice.
As a guideline:
Priority Medium Flat Rate Boxes for $10.70 can
fit up to 25 towels.
Priority Large Flat Rate Boxes for $14.50 can
fit up to 42 towels.
Larger orders may have insurance added.
* Express delivery for fabric is available
starting at $19.50 for a small flat rate envelope.
International Orders:
Flat rate global priority envelopes are available: The rate is $11.45 to
Canada and $13.45 to other countries.
Insurance is NOT available for these envelopes. Merchandise
is shipped at customer's risk. We can fit about: 5 to 6 yards
of regular cotton fabric; or 4 yards of flannel; or up to 7 fabric panels;
or up to 6 towels in an flat rate shipping envelope. The post office
will not accept over stuffed envelopes and boxes.
Medium Flat Rate box rates are: $26.95 to Canada and $43.95 to other
Countries.
We
can fit up to 20 yards of regular cotton fabric; or up to 25 towels in a
Medium Flat Rate box.
Large Flat Rate Box rates are: $33.95 to Canada and $55.95 to other
countries.
We
can fit about 30 yards of fabric or about 40 towels in the box.
Insurance is available for flat rate boxes. We add insurance to large
orders.
Please include any special shipping instructions under the "customer
shipping notes" section at the end when placing your on line order. International
orders will not show shipping costs when placed. Actual shipping
and/or insurance costs will be added to your order.
All orders are shipped at customer's risk unless insurance is requested.
We will help you with delivery information, but we can only get
information until it reaches the U.S. Border.
The post office no longer offers international parcel post.
We
can not mark any commercial shipments as gifts.
We
do not ship to any countries in Africa.
Quilter Studio Return Policy:
Sorry, no returns on patterns, books or cut
fabric. We make every effort to inspect our fabric before we ship it; but
if you do receive a piece of fabric with a flaw, simply return it to us
and we will replace it. If your items are damaged from shipping, file a
claim immediately with the shipper (keep all packaging materials).
