International
Orders
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia,
Japan, Brazil, France and other countries where we can safely ship via US
Postal Service. We do NOT ship to any countries in Africa,
except South Africa. If you have any questions please email before
placing your order.
International shipping and Credit Cards
can present challenges. In order to ensure the
quickest delivery we suggest the following:

Please include the last three digits
from the back of your credit card
(the verification code)
"customer shipping notes" section at the end when
placing your on line order.
Banks will often decline the credit card if this is not
included for International transactions.

Please double check the expiration date
you provide with your credit card information.

If you have not used your credit card in
the US previous to this order, please check with your
Bank to make sure we can process it in the US.
We do not process your credit card until
we ship.
"Out of Stock" Policy
for International Orders
We do the best to ensure accurate
inventory. If we do not have one or more of the
items your requested, we will ship the order without the
item your requested; if we are short in yardage or
number of towels, we will ship what we have unless you
specifically ask us not to ship the order short by
requesting us to "ship complete only" in the customer
shipping notes. In that case if we are short, we
will cancel your entire order.
Shipping
Costs -- We ship internationally exclusively by US Postal service. The
following actual shipping costs will be added to your order:
Fabric and Toweling (Not Flannel) - Most Panels are 2/3 of a yard

Insurance is NOT available for flat rate envelopes. Merchandise is
shipped at customer's risk.
Please include any special shipping instructions under the "customer
shipping notes" section at the end when placing your on line order. International
orders will not show shipping costs when placed. Actual shipping
and/or insurance costs will be added to your order.
All orders are shipped at customer's risk and we recommend you request insurance.
We will help you with delivery information, but we can only get
information up to the U.S. Border.
The post office no longer offers international parcel post. We can
not mark any commercial shipments as gifts.
Quilter Studio Return Policy:
We appreciate
your business. Every order is important to us, so we carefully inspect and pack
each order.
Fabric and
toweling - No returns on
cut fabric. Should you receive a defective/incorrect piece of fabric please let
us know and we will do us best to correct it. Fabric must be returned in the
exact condition as shipped. This means the fabric has NOT been washed, no odors
(pet, cigarette) etc. If it is our mistake we will reimburse you for return
shipping.
Towels
- Please
inspect all towels carefully upon receipt and before washing or using. We cannot
accept return of any towel that is not in the exact condition as shipped. This
means the towel has not been washed, no odors (pet, cigarette), soil, etc.
If the towels are not what you expected, (color, weight) we will gladly accept
the return (with the above conditions) and we will issue a credit for the cost
of the towels or replace. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Sorry, no returns on patterns or books due to
copyright issues.
All items are shipped FOB Westminster, MA. If your items
are damaged from shipping, file a claim immediately with the shipper (keep all
packaging materials).
